You want to make your butt bigger and tighter huh!? Ok!. Well the best exercises for this is squats, lunges, deadlifts! (love those), leg press (the machine that you press up with both legs), and those stair climbers are good too!. Basically what all of these will do is help build muscle and help your butt prop up to give it that j-lo look (which is hot)!. Just make sure you're eating a good amount of protein, because it's what helps build muscle!. and Also - Higher weights, and less reps will help build muscle!. Lower weights and more reps will help shape the muscle you have gained!. Also if you are working on your butt than do all of those exercises with a good amount of weight (it should be hard to do 15 reps - best way to judge the intensity) in one day!. And then let that muscle (gluteus maximus) rest for 2 days!. You can do cardio every day - even when resting!. You should do like 3 sets of 15!. Rest 30 to 45 seconds between each!.

I hope that helps!. I have really toned butt and leg muscles and I actually have to work on slimming the fat down now because I gain muscle very easily!. But good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Doing squats will stretch and strengthen your muscles in the legs, including your upper legs!. Will definitely help towards making your butt firmer!. Based on your age and the extent of flab in the region, it could either increase or decrease the inches!. If your aim is to make your backside bigger and better shaped, there are plenty of other exercises too!. Visit your nearest gym and improve your diet!. All the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
