How can i ease back into getting fit again?!
Question: How can i ease back into getting fit again!?
In a way that avoids overdoing it for a weekling!? I was fit but went overseas and need to get that back but lately im aching and just sleeping too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walking is the best way!. Start out with shorter walks and work your way up!. Once you're able to walk at a fairly quick pace for at least 1/2 hour, then start doing more intense forms of cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Walking is a great way to ease back into things!. Sure your not a bit depressed!. Aches and sleeping too much could be a sign of depression!. But again the exercise could help in that as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
