Stomach Fat Question... :s?!


Question: Stomach Fat Question!.!.!. :s!?
My gut is looking a bit like this ( http://news!.sky!.com/sky-news/content/Sta!.!.!. ) but, I'm at a "healthy weight" though, so why is it I have a fat stomach but am at a healthy weight!?

Men tend to carry their fat on their stomachs (women on thighs and bum)

You say you are at a healthy weight!.!.!. but what are you actually eating!? If you eat a lot of high fat junk food, and also drink a lot of alcohol you may find that your body stores that unhealthy fat on your stomach!.

You need to do more exercise to shift this!. Running and swimming will help you tone up this area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your metabolism is probably slowing down!. im not sure of your age, but when you are in your mid 20s, your metabolism slows immensely!.

you may be at a 'healthy weight' (im assuming based on your height!?!?) because in all reality, you should have muscle on your body!. muscle often weighs more than fat!.!.!. therefore, if you are at healthy weight and your gut looks like that, im assuming that you are lacking muscle mass!.!.!.

if you want to get rid of it, i would alter diet and exercise, building your core!.!.!.

what is your height and weight!.!.!.from the looks of that picture i ahve a hard time believing your at a healthy weight!.!.!.!.everybody's body is different so if you're normal everywhere else it seems that your stomach is the place that your body opts to store it's extra fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tummy fat can make you more likely to have heart problems and other health issues!. For that reason, you may wish to maintain a healthy weight, but increase your percentage of lean mass and decrease your body fat percentage!. This is one of the things that is wrong w/the BMI scale!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will need to tone up!.

Fat weighs less than muscle!.

Do 15 minutes of CV work and then 30 mins of toning!.

Do 100 sit ups everyday and see the difference!.

Just because you weigh your ideal weight is doesnt matter!.

I weigh 10!.7 stone and I am a perfect size 10 (I go to the gym 4 times a week) I dont take any notice of my weight I go by if I have anything hanging out that needs to go!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
