Answers:
aaah the bad cough!. i always exercise with a cough!. out of stubborness of course!. it doesn't halt your healing process but it's really personal preference!. i would have to stop once a while and cough my lungs out so i could continue!. its a little painful but i like exercise so i'd take the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, where I live it's very cold right now!. I wouldn't suggest running in the cold, because sucking in all that cold air is only gona make that cough worse, and if you've had that cough since Tuesday, you probably don't want it getting worse!. But exercising boosts the immune system, and doing some type of workout inside would be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ive definitely been in your shoes- if you're feeling up to it, you can definitely run, just monitor your breathing and make sure you're getting enough air to your lungs!.!.!.

and take Echineacha! it does wonders!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If its cold outside it could irritate your lungs!. Stretch and do leg strengthening exercises at home!. Putting Vicks vapo rub on your feet can help with coughing!. Avoid dairy because it increases mucus production!. If you aren't better soon talk to your doc or a Minute Clinic type placeWww@Answer-Health@Com

As long as you can get enough air, it is okay to go running!. You might try walking briskly instead!. Don't over do it, drink plenty of water to thin the mucus!. Exercise is good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should not do any exercise if you have a bad cough or cold!. It is bad for you heart!. Leave exercising till you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
