For snack I had some apples and some grapes
FOr lunch, a salad with tuna and light dressing
For snack some strawberries
For dinner chicken breast and mixed baby veggies
Also 80 oz of water and 45 mins on elliptical

Your flaw is breakfast, eggs are so high in cholestoral you're only supposed to eat like 1-2 a week!. You need a good source of carbs for breakfast, like whole wheat bread or oatmeal!. Carbs give you the energy to get through the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
