Question: Lost 20lbs but don't see any differences!.!.!. !? And lots more questions!Please answer!.!?
So in the past 6 months I went from 179-159lbs!. I did not exercise at all or changed my diet except from regular soda to diet!. I don't see any differences nor feel healthier!. I am on this diet right now that I saw on the internet and I'm making some changes in it!.
At breakfast it says to drink coffee but I drink tea!.
For salad it says to eat green salads and I eat a salad with lectuse, green+red cabbage and carrots!.
Will changing them slow down the weight loss!?

you need to do cardio to burn calories and carbs and stuff like that because u can be losing muscle more than losing fat because muscle is heavier that fat so jus try sum cardio workouts :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
You don't see the difference!? 20 pounds is 2 pant sizes!.!.!.so your pants should be looser on you now!. Tea and coffee is the same practically depending on the tea!.!.!.it has to be a tea with high caffine levels such as black tea or green tea!. Try to get romaine lettuce, it has more nutrients for you!.

you have to do cardio- then you will see a difference and you will feel healthier, a diet isn't enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
