This is completely fine! You'll be completely healthy if you keep it up, if you really want to boost your weight loss though you could go on an all fruits and veggies diet for two weeks!. Detox your body, so afterwards you'll be able to handle real foods with a good attitude and just make better and healthier decisions!.

When you done with that just eat a lot of lean protein:
chicken
fish
turkey

Along with a bunch of fruits and vegetables diet, and only eat complex carbs, whole wheat breads and cereals, none of white bread or sugary cereals!. And just cut down carbs overall!.

Some good healthy snacks are:
non fat yogurt
skim milk
turkey slices wrapped around pickle spears
rice cake snacks
fruit
and special K cereal

it is unhealthy, i used to do the same thing however and the main problem is that although you lose the weight, when you start eating normally again it comes right back on and then you try and lose it again and wind up become obsessed with your weight and suffering from an eating disorder!. honestly, the best way to lose weight is to make moderate exercise part of your weekly routine and just eat heathier foods in smaller portions!. if you make this a habit you will lose the weight and wont gain it all back!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had way too many pounds in all the wrong zones until I tried out acai berry, I understand they say that pills don't work, nevertheless they definitely worked for me, and they have been showcased on CNN too!.
