Question: Question about the "20 rep squat" workout!?
i heard about the old school 20 rep squat workout for your legs and it works tremendously!. however my question is!.!. i know you do it 3x a week!.!.!. but do you only do 1 set or 20!? how many sets do you do in 1 day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Warm up for 1-2 very light sets (about 40-50% of your 1 rep aximum)!.
Then pick your 10 rep max - keep going until you do 20 reps!. You rest between reps with the bar on your shoulders, and oncentrate on your breathing!. By the 18th rep you should feel like you're about to pass out or be sick! Rack the bar after the 20th rep!. If you do it properly, one 20 rep set is enough, then do a couple more compound barell exercises in the session!. Do it 3 times a week, but only one 20 rep set per session!. Try and increase by 2!.5kg each time!.
Try using the squats and milk diet as well - a pint of whole milk with every meal, you'll put on a bit of fat, but loads of muscle as well!!

Hi Dear

If you pay attention to the way you sit and get up from the sofa or chair everyday it will save the trouble of doing squats!.
Usually we throw ourselves on the sofa!.
Also doing squats in the right form is very important!. your back should be straight and when you go down you should breath in and make sure that you see you toes all along the knees should not cover them!.
and finally when you come up you should exhale!.
Do it with intensity!. Make sure not to lock the joints
