How do I lose the last 10 pounds?!


Question: How do I lose the last 10 pounds!?
I lost all my weight a year ago at the age of 45!. Then I had a hysterectomy and divorce and lots of stress!. I put back on 10 lbs!. I have been working out and eating healthy and avoiding bad foods!. But I just keep yo-yo-ing with 3 lbs up and down and can't seem to get the momentum to lose this weight!. I am 5'1" and weigh133 lbs!. I want to weigh arounc 120-123 lbs!. I am frustrated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Write down everything you eat and how much you excercise in a journal - it will help to include portions for the food!. Try to do it as soon after eating as possible!. It makes counting calories easy if you need to, and will also show you what foods are problematic for you!. It might keep you on track if you write the journal for someone else - whether you imagine they're reading it or you plan to show it to a doctor eventually!. I've lost some weight recently, by doing that, but I've gained some of it back after i stopped - not by eating unhealthy, but by eating more than I should (which is not a lot, I would maintain my weight by eating 1500 calories a day, honestly)!. So eating healthy isn't always enough!. Even eating things like whole grains and yogurts will cause you to gain weight if you eat too much!. Watch out for sweet things- even if diet, they'll make you want to eat more!. Also, serve yourself a single serving at a time, and sit down with it!. I personally have trouble snacking on almonds (see, healthy =P), because one plus one plus one plus one adds up!. And find a reason!. I know that when Lent starts losing weight will be a lot easier for me because cheating on a Lenten diet is totally different to me than cheating on a regular diet!. Every time it's hard, think of someone that gives you strength, and use that strength!. It's also okay to mess up sometimes, just don't worry about it too much once its in the past!.

p!.s!. - I don't know if a hysterectomy would change your hormones and therefore your weight, but you could talk to your doctor about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fast (It's an islamic ritual or puasa)! Ha ha, that what I did, and everyone keep saying I am getting slimmer!. But I don't think you are going to appreciate it, so I think you could try the fruit diets!. It means you only can eat apples as your breakfast, lunch and dinner (I know it's hard, but hey you want to loose weight!), try it for a week first, I think you are going to see that you are going to loose a few (even a little) pounds!. Try it!.

Or you could try chinese acupuncture, may be because you eat the same amount of food every day, you have to reduce it, but if you love eating then the best answer is acupressure to help you to reduce your appetite, and then along the acupressure treatment try only to eat vegetables instead of burgers or raw meat, and drink fresh home-made juice everyday!.

But, the best and the healthiest is actually do more exercises, swim, run, anything you like, especially swimming, although it's going to be a long process but it's healty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
