Getting up to get the remote, walking and going up stairs etc etc DONT count!. I MEAN working out!! You know with machines and equipment!. 30 mins min daily for average person!.

Just a thought, but if you're going to use those numbers for BMI, you might want to mention the statistical inaccuracies of the measure in your project (bonus points and all that)!. Weight/Height^2 doesn't take into account fat vs muscle, or just as importantly where the fat is located (inner abdominal fat is the most 'dangerous')!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I do think I'm fat, I am a female, 5 foot 9 inches, and almost 140 pounds!.!.!.
I use an exercise ball and little weights everyday for toning and whenever I can I try to run or play soccer with my brother!. I also ride horses alot!. I can't do anything outside in the winter because I have allergies and that with the cold immediately makes my throat close up and I seriously have to gasp for breathe!.!.!. I also have 2 2 hour cheerleading practices every week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yep i exersise!. I'm 4ft 9 and about 72 lbs!. Yeah i know i'm short and i hate it! I'm 12 years old (soon turning 13 this may) and i'm in 7th grade!.
Nope, i'm pretty in shape!. Most days i exersise about 30 minutes or so!. But it's important to give your body a break!. So about 6/7 days a week!.Working out or doing exersise tapes!. Today i had gym (which counts kind of) and i did this really intense exesise tape for about an hour!. So tomorrow i MIGHT let my body relax, or i might run on a treadmill while listening to my ipod!. You have to motivate yourself!. Make it fun!. Work different muscles everyday for a healthy toned body, and eat right!. haha i know! And i'm onyl 12, right!? lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Off season, I do a combination of crossfit (check it out online if you want a beastly workout) and bodybuilding lifts 3 days per week (45-60 minutes)!. Then I play basketball usually twice a week on off days for an hour or more!.
On season (rugby) I have regular practice twice per week and a fitness practice once!. I usually lift 2-3 times a week on top of that!.
