uh hi! i just wanted to know if any one might know some magic trick to get slender upper arms and slender thighs!? i dont want to bulk up, at all, but if it isnt possible than just tell me!. also, if you dont mind including a food list that has what i should eat for breakfast lunch and dinner,that would be awesome!. i also have wierd bulges above my knee in front and behind!.!.!.how do i smooth it down!? id provide pictures but idont!.!.!.necesarrily feel like it!.!.!.anyways, if you could help me with this, it would be really awesome,like i said!.thanks for info!.
