How quickly do you see results using an exercise bike?!
Question: How quickly do you see results using an exercise bike!?
I've been using an exercise bike every single day, religiously!. How soon can I expect to see results!?
Originally, I was biking for 20 minutes and burning approximately 80-100 calories!.
Due to pushing myself, now I bike 40 minutes and burn approximately 190-210 calories in that time!. There are days where I can't quite get 40 minutes (I have a disability) but I always do at least 20, and I'd say 5 days a week minimum I can get the 40 minutes out!.
How soon can I expect to see my legs trim up a bit and get some muscle definition!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really depends on what sort of results you're expecting!.
For weight loss, within a couple weeks you should notice a difference on a scale!. In the mirror you will look about the same, but the scale will indicate the small steps you're taking toward weight loss and increased fitness!.
But to visibly notice trimmer legs and increased muscle definition, it can take several months!. In about 2 or 3 months you will be able to look in the mirror and say, "I think my legs might look a bit more trim and muscular than they used to!." And within a year the results should be more clear to see!.

Are you trying to lose fat or just tone up!? If you already have low body fat, then you'll see results within a couple of weeks!. But toned muscles won't show through a thick layer of fat, and burning fat takes longer!.
