Question: Im 14 and i want to lose thigh fat!.!?
As im just 14(going to be 15 this may) i cant go to gym as my parents dont allow!. Im thinkin about walking to burn off thigh fat!. Would it be helpful!? And for how much time should i walk!? And i already have a controlled diet!. I juzt want to lose thigh fat!. I wont be doing any other exercise!. Will walking alone help!? Or can u pls suggest some other exercise that i can do at home to burn fat WITHOUT gaining muscle!. Thank you very much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Learn to Dance

Many community centers and colleges offer classes to the general public to learn how to dance!. Taking up one of these classes or a similar aerobic activity that you might be interested in will help you lose weight fast!. When doing aerobics, concentrate on the bending of the knees to focus weight loss on your thighs!.

2!. Get Some Squatting Help

Use a chair to perform a repetition of squats!. This will not only help you to lose weight but will also strengthen and tone the muscles around your legs!. After you get used to balancing without a chair, try adding weights to your routine for a more effective way to lose weight and get thinner thighs!.

3!. Slide And Burn

Stand up against a wall with the flat of your back touching the wall!. Slide down the wall with you feet planted an even shoulder space apart until your legs are perpendicular with the ground!. Hold this position for at least an entire minute!. You will begin to feel this pose working its way into your thighs, burning the fat that rests around these muscles!.

i tried lots of things!. you really need to work hard and get your diet right!.its tough but not impossible!.
i also read lots of information on net and lots of books which helped me!.
i lost around 15 kg or so by doing proper exercise and diet
out of all i found this e book the best one!.

walking!? you are not an old lady!. Hopefully by controlled diet you mean watching your intake of carbs and sugar products!. Walking won't do you much good, but jogging will!. Jog around your school, you block, wherever you want, work up a sweat and keep at it daily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walking will help alot, though you can not isolate the areas of where u want to loose weight!. People loose weight as a whole not on areas they wish to loose it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that chick is right!. it takes a real long time to notice any big results!. gaining muscle is not as easy as burning fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hate to tell you this but to burn fat in any part of your body and to keep it that way muscles are going to be gained!. Your muscles are what's using up the fat reserves in your body!. Yes walking will be really good for that along with other health reasons!. Besides if you're thinking that by gaining muscles by walking you're going to look "ripped" or something your not!. Your legs will just be less flabby and more firm from the muscles that's it!. You should walk for about an hour each day, it doesn't sound like a lot but it worked really well for my mom!. Also if you have P!.E!. at your school you should ask the teacher I bet she/he could give you some helpful pointers!. Also jogging is not nessacary and can actually be bad for joints if you run on the sidewalk and not on a track or another place meant for running!. Tis may sound stupid but if you plan on seeing your doctor anytime soon you can ask them too, they definitely know a lot about this subject!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
