How to get fit, tone body, diet and maintain a healthy weight?!


Question: How to get fit, tone body, diet and maintain a healthy weight!?
I'm 46 kg ( 101 pounds) and i'm approximately 5"3!. I joined the gym to tone my body, get fit and just exercise!. I've lost like 1 or 2 kgs so far!. but I want to maintain a healthy weight!. I don't want to be bone skinny, i have to admit it kinda looks scary lol, but i really want to tone my thighs and buttocks!. I have skinny upper body but lower body (thighs and buttocks) are bigger!. my upper body gets skinnier easier than my lower!. Do I eat more lipid food so I don't lose too much weight!?

I'm trying to eat healthy! Any nice meals/snack suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Protein foods (meat, fish, eggs, nuts) and vegetables!. Stay away from sugar foods!. Lots of walking, cycling, leg movements!. Squats, leg raises, calf raises!. Light weight only!. This should tone but not gain muscle size and will help burn off excess fat tissue!. It also work the butt! Don't forget to work the torso, chest, back arms, shoulders!.
