Thanks! (I am a personal trainer, trying to get some ideas of what the average woman does in terms of body care)

I'm 26, 5'7" 145 pounds (just had a baby)
I am trying to lose 10 pounds!. I eat 1,500 calories a day!. I work out 4 or 5 days a week for 1-2 hours!.

4) i really have no clue!. im not the healthiest eater but not to bad
5) i work out everyday becuase im in competitive soccer!.
6) for about 3 hours!. but when club soccer and school soccer are both going on i work out for about 6 hours aday (how exuasting)!.



i have so questions since you are a trainer!? can you answer by adding to the detail section please!
so i obviously work out alot, most of it is sprint and ball work but we also run at least 2 miles long distance everyday for a warm up and every friday we run about 3 miles!. yet theres girls at my school who NEVER work out and are skinnier then me! it fustrates me so bad!. im thick but not fat so im not looking to loose wait i just want to no how to tone my body more (like i want one of those stomches i can happily show off)!. and suggestions!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Calories is a big subject when it comes to weight loss!. We need to understand three things: the number of calories in our food, the number of calories a specific physical action expends each hour, and finally our own personal daily limit of calories!. The sole thing which definitely showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a handful of free trials remaining, it has been featured in Reader's Digest and CNN!. 4!. How many calories do you eat per day on average!? Not much!.!.I have 30 pages worth of food allergies, so my diet is very bland and boring!.
5!. How often do you work out!? Never, doctor's orders!.!.(Two open, draining wounds in my groin for 5 years!. No help from surgery!.) The best I can do is work out my upper body!.!.anything else kills!.

6: Always 20 minutes of weights and toning at night, and 30 mins of cardio in the morning!. Plus 2 hours of competative boxing on Saturdays (I know it sounds like heaps, but I'm not always so dedicated! Working in a supermarket kills your feet and legs!)Www@Answer-Health@Com
