Question: How do i loose weight off my thighs!.!.!?!!?!!?
I am thin on my stomach i have a small waist an large hips!.! My thighs are kind of flabby and even if i could just turn it to muscle i would be happy!.!.!! So if any1 has ideas on how 2 get muscley legs or lose flab please help!.!.!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey there, I think that we have the same problem before!.
I usually have big thighs but now I've got the thighs I've ever wanted before!. I didn't use capsules to lose out fat, but instead I do it naturally!.

Here's it:

I do cycling, you know that!? Cycling is the use of bicycles, or - less commonly - unicycles, tricycles, quadricycles and other similar wheeled human powered vehicles (HPVs) as a means of transport, a form of recreation or a sport!.

That kind of exercise help me so much in my thighs!. I do it every morning and I eat fruits and vegetables!. Prevent eating meat and some fatty foods!.

Be fresh and try to get the body you've always wanted!.

If you like gym, then weights are a good way to control weight and tone up!. If you are into walking, get a back pack and load it up with a few books for weight training!. i had the same problem
i tried lots of things!. you really need to work hard and get your diet right!.its tough but not impossible!.
i also read lots of information on net and lots of books which helped me!.
i lost around 15 kg or so by doing proper exercise and diet
out of all i found this e book the best one!.

Do some heavy training on your legs!. Try to build up some muscle, because fat will reduce faster if theres a proper muscle there!. Hope this helps!.
Ohh, and o some walking like the others says, just watch your pulse don't go over 140 because you wont be able to loose as many fat as you would!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
