I'm looking to buy a treadmill, and I've found this one;

Would this be adequate for raising fitness levels, and losing weight, or should I look for a better model!?
Because the items new, I've been unable to find any reviews online!.

As far as I know the one you are thinking of buying is ok!.My friend has just bought the same one!.Treadmills will help with all round fitness and aid weight loss!.Quite high impact though so make sure you buy yourself some good running shoes!.Hope this helps :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would recommend considering for a better used one in nice condtion, and maybe paying the same or less!.
This one might work, but it's not as nice as mine which I was forced to sell!.
However, if you can test it out it might be okay, and a new one does have an advantage of a warranty in case something goes wrong!.
If youi're a smaller person, this one might tend to work better than if you're a bigger person, and also whether you want to walking on it or more vigorous running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
