Question: Starting a diet tomorrow (once again)!?
Well, here we go again!
But this time i mean it! im 15 and i weigh 60 kilos, im don't know how tall i am!.!.im just average, a bit above!.
my goal is to get down to 50, in around 10-15 weeks!. No mad rush really, except wanting to be thin!
Anyways, i was wondering by going for a 30 minute run every second day and 30 minutes of push ups/sit ups/squats etc every other day that i don't run, drinking 8 glasses of water a day minimum, eating 3 meals a day and 2 snacks (healthy ones of course, yogurt or fruit or nuts)
By doing all this would i be able to reach that goal!?

Sounds like you have a pretty good plan!. To see the best results you will need to follow a good healthy eating plan of 5 small meals a day!. Your exercise program should include aerobic exercise such as walking, running & biking 3 times/week for 30 minutes and strength training using dumbbells, bands or other form of resistance 4 times/week for 30 minutes, alternating between the upper and lower body!.
