Question: What vitamins can I take for healthy skin!? What amount of these vitamins do I need!?
I have been reading and it says vitamins c and e mostly but it doesn't tell how much!. What is important that I need to know!? Mostly, I am trying to improve skin elasticity!. I am a 24 yr old female!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't fool with vitamins!. they are controversial b/c some experts say they aren't even all that beneficial to the body, so you may just be wasting your money!.

the best way to go is to eat a good diet with lots of grilled fish (salmon is great for the skin), extra virgin olive oil, all fruits, all veggies, healthy dairy like yogurt and milk, whole grains, etc!.

and water!.!.!. LOTS of water!!! it's SOOO important to keep the skin hydrated!!!


basically, just follow the food pyramid!.

i, too, am concerned about the vitality of my skin (perhaps TOO concerned) and i have studied up on vitamins and i haven't acquired the proof i need to spend my money on them!. instead, i just get what my body needs through the food that i eat!.

i figure this is not what you want to hear, but i am just being upfront about all the reading i have done on vitamins!.
