Is it possible to lose weight walking?!


Question: Is it possible to lose weight walking!?
I personally hate running!.
but I'm totally cool with walking!.
could 1 or 2 miles a day at about 4mph cause me to lose weight!.

Absolutely!. Walking is the perfect exercise!. If you change nothing with your diet, you will definately lose weight by walking!. But, one or two miles is good, 3-4 miles is definately better!. Do two 2 mile laps at different times of the day!. YOu'll drop weight quickly!.
