Question: Make me an exercise plan!? will pick best!!?
Ok so I am 14 , 5 foot and weight 103 pounds!. I just want to lose a bit of my thighs and tighten my belly so that it looks really good in a bikini this summer!. I don't want abs just the next step down(if that makes sense)
Also any foods that I should be eating or things I should be taking to promote weight loss!?

I have a stair stepper if that helps!.

Daily!.!.!.I do right after work

Sit up-s for the tummy=100

Thighs= stair stepper or just walking (cardio) I use treadmill

All over= eat healthy no sweets,snacks, or soda!.

If you need a snack: veggies fruit or a very low calorie pick

everyday do at least 15 minutes of cardio!. Eat no junkfood! Drink plenty of water!. honestly thats about all you can do !Www@Answer-Health@Com
