I'm a "hard gainer", any tips?!

Question: I'm a "hard gainer", any tips!?
I'm a 20 year old male, 6' tall and weigh just over 140 lbs!. I'm a "hard-gainer" I'm usually pretty toned, but I just want to gain more muscle then toned!. I've done a lot of research!. So now i'm eating 2x what I normally do, drink only water and protein shakes, and snack only on protein bars!. I try to work out rigorously lifting dumb-bells, pushups, pushdowns, leg lifts, toe touches, crunches, etc!. But I do all of these things in about 20 minutes before I can't do anymore!. I'm not sure if it's because i'm starting out again, or if I need a bigger range of exercises!.
I'm thinking about going out and getting Creatine tablets Creatine 189 actually, 2 tablets a day which is supposed to be better than a lot of powder!. I've done my research on it so I don't need a response on that!.
But is there anyone out there who used to be skinny and gained a lot of muscle over a short period of time and can give me any tips!? Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Right!.!.!.i al also a hard gainer, and for about 6 years from 16-23 i couldnt gain any weight at all no matter how well i ate! I went to the gym about 5 times a week and i got ripped but no actual muscle bulk was put on!. So i did a lot of research and i came across a site that offered a 29 week program for something like $45, which isnt much and also you can email the guy ith any questions yo uwant and he would reply within a couple of days!. It is an awesome program!. When i first started it i wasnt so sure it would work, ut after about 3 months of following the program exactly i had noticed great gains in mass and i had gained 5Kg (11pounds) !!! that is alot for that amount of time!. I continued doing it until week 22 (because then work got in the way and other things so i couldnt continue) and continued to put on muscle mass!. It is a great program that really does work for hard gainers, i suggest you look at the site and then you can decide for yourself!.

holla, fellow hard gainer here!. I went from 63 kg's to 70 kg's in about 4 weeks!!. but have stopped because I'm broke and cant afford enough food to feed growth!. I've read a lot about gaining!. I got a few tips from the guy at the health store who seemed to know his **** because I'm positive it worked!. one was to drink a half a lemon squeezed into a glass of water first thing in the morning and before you have any shakes, even though a lemon is acidic it leaves an alkaline ash in your stomach opening all your nutrient absorbing pores up that close when things get to acidic and result in you crapping out a lot of good muscle building and money costing nutrients!.!. another one was to eat 2 teaspoons of this ashwaghanda stuff a day, some ancient indian herb you can pick up from an ayurveic medicine store and some health store!. what that does it open up all your blood vessels letting more fluid get to all your cells therefore promoting growth!. it is often given as a sexual enhancer because well!.!. increased blood flow!.!.!. obviously!. another thing about your exercises you want to be doing about 4 sets of 8 reps the 8 reps should be so heavy that you can barely do the last one and almost to if not "to failure"!. and you want to basically lift as much weight as possible per exercise using as many muscles at once as possible!. the most common arguably best muscle gaining exercise is the squat!.!. if you don't have a barbell and cant do squats cause your dumb bells are not heavy enough then maybe some steep hill sprints will do the trick!. you should train every muscle group once a week and train only every second day!. eat a large serving of low gi carbs in the morning to get your metabolism going!. and 3 hours before exercise for energy!. warm up then stretch before hand and don't exercise for more than an hour!.

hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
