Question: Need help with an exercise routine at the gym!?
Going today to get a gym membership!.!.I would like to get in shape by April!. I have a few weddings to go to this summer and in August having my own wedding!. Would like to work on stomach have had 2 kids and my butt/thigh area just an all around body tone!. Any ideas suggestions for a good diet/workout!? Would like to lose 30+ pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
