Fatty foods are what make your gall bladder produce bile!. Therefore avoid them, instead try fat free milk, non fried foods, (foods that are lean and baked or broiled are fine)!. No butter on veggies or bread!. Mayonnaise is also high in fat but they do have low fat mayonnaise, the same for salad dressings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Stay away from greasy foods!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
