It is best to eat something small before you exercise to ensure you have something in your system!. I usually ate applesauce or yogurt!. Then you workout!. After your workout you have a balanced meal!. Your body will use what it needs from the food and then will digest what doesn't get stored and what isn't needed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Before food!.!.!.!.!.!.gets your meatbolism churning and makes it easier to burn up the calories you consume afterward!. I don't know if the time of day has anything to do with fat burning results!.!.!.!.HOWEVER, I find it more beneficial and easier to stick with and stay motivated if I exercise firts thing in the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
