Question: Losing weight with out working out!? just eating healthy!.!?
i want to lose about 20 pounds, over at least 3 months time!. i have the muscle under the fat, like 6 pack and every thing, the whole shaaBANg if you know what i mean hahaha but i dont want to gain anymore muscle i just wanna lose the extra weight ive gained, do i have to still work out or can i just eat healthy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay drink 8 cups of water and always eat under 2000 caliores than u will ebcome skinner and without exercise u cant come skinny much and fast just go for a walk or a run or dance and od activity that increase u r heart rate i hope i got 10 pointsWww@Answer-Health@Com
No, I lost 30 pounds quick!.2-3 months
I just had a bagel for breakfast( 2 grams of fat)
And at 3:00 in the afternoon I had 1 can of peas with a veggie dog!.
I also drank a cup of fat free milk when I felt hungry between the times!.
although jogging will help you loose it quicker!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
