How do you hide not eating less from your parents?!


Question: How do you hide not eating less from your parents!?
I have been trying to lose weight(I am really fat!. I'm 5'9 207!.4 pounds) and my parents are starting to notice this and keep trying to make me eat even though I had already eaten 2 peanuts that day!. They keep telling me I've lost a lot of weight but I don't believe them because I've only lost 21 pounds in 11 days, which isn't that much!. Please don't tell me how bad this is for me, because i seriously am fat!. I don't need a lecture, I just need someone to tell me how to hide it!. I've already tried throwing it away, but they seem to always guess what I did!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

look, I have the same problem as you do and I managed to hide food from my parents!. Deep inside I know it's wrong to do this but they left me with no choice!. I at college and live with my parents!. I'm not fat but i'm trying to get to the model size or at least close to it!.

Every time I try to make a diet, I end up fighting with my mother over what i eat and what i don't eat!. My father always make me eat that fried unhealthy weight tell I became addicted to such food!. I was completely unhappy!.

As a solution I started to hide food and pretend to eat it and now no one fight with me about food they think I eat normally!. Look what you should do, first, when you family put the food on the table and gathers to eat together, tell them that now you are full and tell them to keep your meal aside and you will eat it later!. Later after they are done, go take your meal to your room and pretend to eat it there!. Then through it in the garbage and hide it with something!. Take your plate to the kitchen so they see it empty!.
If you had to sit with them on the table, put a huge part of you plate on your mouth then make an excuse to leave them like you want to use th bathroom or get a tissue paper, then through what is in your mouth out!. then get back and eat very little of the little that is left!.
Always say that you are now and you will eat later!. and say that you just ate!.
pretend you have a home work and you will eat after you finish it!. Don't let them suspect any thing!. If they bring snaks take your share and then say you will eat later, then put it any where!. If you refused food they will suspect!.
Another trick, you can put a piece of a currot or something healthy in your mouth and shew it in front of them while holding a chocolate or some thing they want you to eat!. thia way they with think your are eating of what is in your hand!. and don't forget to say "I just ate too much when I was out" "I feel so full, keep my meal I eat it later"!.

Ok I hope I did't forget any things becoz there are so many trick!. I know it's no right but what can we do!. Ok hun just eat healthy and don't try to lose weight fast!. Try massage, excersize and lots of water too, it works!.

it may not seem like it, but your parents do actually know better!. everybody's body is made differently!.!.!.!.!.i knew a girl who was about 5'8 and a size 24 and 218lbs, then there was a girl who was 5'3, sz!. 18, and 255lbs!. everybody's body is different!. just be healthy!. starving yourself will most likely put your body in a starvation mode where you will actually gain weight instead of lose weight!. just be healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Listen to Serene e!. She's an angel!. And so right!. You have lost an incredible amount of weight in 11 days, but not healthily!. Also I think you and your parents should talk about it, listen to them too, because you are lucky and the obviously care about you!. You shouldn't have to hide things from them!. Try eating only when you hungry at school but just enough that you'll still be hungry so when you get home you can eat all your parents wnt you to eat!.So basically don't eat at school that much but at home eat a lot so your parents can think you eat a lot when you basically eat a little at school!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look you just have to eat sertain foods when YOU ARE HUNGRY
if they want u 2 eat and u aint hungry den dont eat
look 21 lbs in 11 day is great
just set a target goal
dont try to hide it
even if you get in trouble only eat when you want 2

I really don't think I should help you with this but mabey you could try eating lighter breakfasts and lunches so you can eat better at supper!.

Okay, when you are hungry eat until you aren't hungry NOT FULL! eat 3 small healthy meals a day, and do situps and pushups!. Best way to lose weight is eating right and working out!.

Yes, you are fat!.

But there are good ways of losing weight and bad ways!. You're doing it the bad way!.
You're putting your body into starvation mode!. It thinks it's in a famine and so it'll save up every spare calorie you put in and save it!. At some point you'll stop losing weight and when you start to eat normally again, you'll gain weight QUICKLY!!!!!
STARVATION DOESN'T WORK - IT WORKS AGAINST YOU!!!!

The GOOD way to lose weight is to completely modify your lifestyle!.
Eating 1400-1600 catories a day plus one hour of exercise a day and you'll lose weight the HEALTHY way!!!! This should be a lifestyle change, because the hardest part about losing weight is trying to maintain it after you lose it!. Many people lose weight pretty easily but find it impossible not to gain the weight back because they think once they lose it, they can go back to being a couch potato eating potato chips all day!. woah!.!. ok, i know you said you dont want a lecture, but 21 pounds in 11 days is insane!.!. like not healthy at all!. if your going anorexic then i dont blame your parents for being concerned at all!. 2 peanuts in one day is just stupid!. why the hell would you do that to yourself, regardless of if your 100 pounds or 600!.

if its something about trying to eat LESS, as in instead of eating 3 tacos for dinner eating two, or eating a banana instead of a sandwhich, then i would just be honest with my parents and tell them that im trying to make HEALTHIER CHOICES!. not go anorexic, but just trying to be healthy!. its hard to hide it from your parents so just tell them the truthWww@Answer-Health@Com
