What can I eat besides for protein bars?!


Question: What can I eat besides for protein bars!?
I can't really afford to buy protein bars to eat one every day after working out and eggs have a lot of cholesterol in them!. so eating more than 2 eggs a day is pretty bad!.
what is something with a lot of protein that I can eat every day and is does not have a lot of stuff your body can't have a lot of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm going to second the egg whites!.!.!.load them with veggies like spinach, or mushrooms, and make an omelette with them!. There's only 15 calories per white, 7 grams of protein, and no fat or cholesterol!.!.plus eggs are cheap!.

Skim milk (1% is fine too), peanut butter, fat free plain yogurt, and beans are all high in protein and very affordable!. Try a black bean soup or stew!.!.!.yummy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are loads of healthy foods out there are a lot of people tend to make-believe that they are not good!.
I will give you simple advice,

Have you ever tried veggie patties!? They have protein, low in calorie, fat, and cholesteroal!.!.!.plus they count as veggies too of course!. I mean they aren't the most amazing tasting things in the world, but I just put some mustard on it and eat it!. I don't do the bread though, dont' need that!. You can try to cook up a bunch of chicken one day, and put it in the fridge so you can snack on it when you need!. Tuna is also protein rich, but can be just as expensive as a protein bar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use powdered whey protein!. It comes in vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry!. You can mix a scoop with a cup of yogurt or milk, and it's really good!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eggs are ok, they have a bad reputation but actually it won't hurt you to eat 6 a day!. Eat steak too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
