How much tea and coffee is to much?!

Question: How much tea and coffee is to much!?
I must drink at least 15 cups a day, are there any valid reasons I should change this habit and why!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Your body is made up of water, not tea and coffee!. Tea is a diuretic (takes water out of the body) coffee dehydrates you!.

on average you need 6 - 8 cups of water (pure)!. Every cup of tea, you need a cup of water to balance it out, same with coffee!.

So you need 15 cups water, plus your 6 - 8 on top!!!!

Try to cut down for health reasons, gradually replace 1 cup with water then 2 etc!.

High quality natural herbal teas are OK!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it depends!. if its black then its waaaaaaaaaaaaay too much but if it has milk in it or if its not to strong then I guess its fine!.

but when its about number I think you shouldn't drink more than 9 !.
drinking too much caffeine will make you nervous all the time and you wont be able to relax nor think things throe they way you should which means you will find yourself jumping into conclusions that you may regret ,but I think the most important thing is that you wont be able to sleep well at night and you will get addicted to it after a while so you wont be able to go with your day normally without the 15 cups !.

good luck and tc !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At least 15 cups a day!? Do you finish them all!?
I think you need to look at this beause a cup usually holds around 300ml of fluid so you could be drinking in excess of 4!.5 litres of fluid a day!.
Are you drinking other drinks as well!?
It would be good if you could drink some ordinary plain water as well; maybe with a drop of cordial!?
Or real fuit juice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
