Any tips/suggestions on losing 20-25 lb?!


Question: Any tips/suggestions on losing 20-25 lb!?
I am currrently 5'1 and 148 lbs!. I want to get down to like 125 by May!. I have 4 months!. I am on a low cal, high fiber diet and I also do 45 mins on my elliptical every night!. I drink 80 oz of water a day!.
