Question: Are 100 cal packs actually good for you!?
Answers:
No!. Some of them have less fat than the regular versions, but they're still unhealthy!. In fact, I've noticed that often times even though the fat content is lower, the ratio of saturated fat is higher!. On top of that, it's terribly wasteful packaging and none of those things make for a fulfilling snack!. Eat a bunch of veggies instead!. Same calories, more food, no junk and the added benefit of actual nutrients!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The simple answer is no!. though better than chowing down on a box of crackers or a whole pack of cookies, they are just smaller versions of their true sized cousins!. Placing high fructose corn syrup, sucralose, sucrose, trans fats, etc into your body is never "good" for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you only eat one in a sitting it can be okay for you!. it all depends if you're working off the calories!. the problem with these are if you're used to larger portions you're going to eat more than oneWww@Answer-Health@Com
