Do energy drinks help you ose weight?!


Question: Do energy drinks help you ose weight!?
Now I am wondering if drinking an energy like redbull or v before i go running it will help me burn more calories and therefore lose more weight!. Opinions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

no energy drinks are loaded with sugar and the fizzy bubbles bloat your stomach

just don't drink that stuff no matter how appealing the packaging looks it will not benefit your health in any way sahpe of form
it is even proven that an apple has more caffine to keep you akwake then coffe so if you need a buzz eat an apple!

but not never believe that energy drinks will help you loose wieght

not a chance!. most energy drinks have a ton of sugar as well as herbal supplements!. the only problem is, it has way too much of these supplements that we just pee most of them out!.!.!.
i know this for a fact, heard it from my professor the other day in my fitness class!.
so, nope, just a good well balanced diet and at least 4 glasses or more of water per day should do the trick with exercise involved!.!.!.

Drink coffee before you exercise, get the caffeine and no calories!. I do it before a bike ride and it makes a big difference!. Most energy drinks contain a lot of calories in sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To lose weight try to do it naturally, none of the stuff people above me have used!. Just go running and thats it!. Energy Drinks will not help!.
