but it is true that you are overweight, no matter what your height is!.
try completely changing your diet, lifestyle change!. Do veggies,fruit, poultry, low carbs, lots of water and no sugar whatsoever!. The walking won't get you very far if you want to lose weight quickly!. Start with slow bouncy jogging (but in good shoes!!) and try to push your body up a little bit off the ground when you hit the ground, while you are jogging!. The main thing is to get your heart rate up!.
you might want to try a body forming exercise, like yoga or pilates, to make sure that when you do lose the wight, excess skin doesn't sag and the muscles are nicely toned!.if you want some muscles on your upper body, do crunches and benchpresses with a 5-10kg weight!.

don't lose it to fast, that REALLY bad for you if you to, the one thing you have to learn is portion control!.
keeping you self busy allows you not think about food as much or even if you do think about it, you don't have access to it!. i think thats pretty lame excusee and is seriously mean!.
