Is it about time i cut down on the choccy?!


Question: Is it about time i cut down on the choccy!?
im 13 years old,medium height and pretty fat!. I cant say ive ever really been bothered in fact i kind of dont care atall as you can see from my username and dp lol!. its true im a bit chubby around the waist!.But ive decided its time i shed the punds cos im getting a bit jelouse of all my skinny friends, thing is i just cant stay away from the choccy!.!.!.and crisps,sweets,chips,burgers just thinking about the food now makes my belly rumble!. And im eating a large bar of chocolate as we speak!. I never exersise, im always either lounging around on the sofa eating and watching tv or at the computer eating!. im fat and im lazy but even my mum says its time i lost a bit of weight!. I have rolls of fat on my belly and its very fleshy and quite big!. do you think i should go opn a diet or just stay the way i am!?

oh and since i never exersise cos i just cant be botherd im really unfit- running up the stairs makes me collapse out of breath and then all i do is eat and eat especialy when im sad to!. Once i was so sad i just took a whole box of my mums chocolates and a cream bun and just ate it all at once!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok !.!.first of all stop eating junk food right now!. and get up and start excersising !. and eat a lot of vegetables and fruits and !.!.work out like everyday for like 30 minutes to a hour !. and before you know it you will be in shape!. but whatever you do don't give up on it!. cause that is the worst thing you could ever do !.!.but this is just me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you really care that much, change your diet and exercise more!. the motivation could be hard, but with time and effort it's not that hard if you're motivated or if yoy start seeing improvements and want moreWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you dont like exersising the walk everyday , or walk to school and back!. i know its hard to cut down the chocolate, try eating a fruit more than chocolate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Before you get too big and it starts affecting your health, and while you are young enough to start a new lifestyle, go see a doctor and he/she may be able to give you a recommended diet / fitness plan!. I have done this, it DOES get easier!.!. trust me, i never gave up choccy, i love it too much, i have a life long relationship with my body, and with any relationship, its all about compromise!.!. stay on the choccy, but compromise and give up chips and burgers, etc etc!.!.
Start exercising, walk with your friends, its fun and your Still being social at the same time, bite the bullet!.!. JUST DO IT!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
