What is a healthy alternative to water?!

Question: What is a healthy alternative to water!?
I try to drink as much water as I can, but it's a boring drink and I like to switch to juice and stuff like that!. Comparing all the labels though, I found in some cases that even coca-cola is healthier than some juices!.

Are there any drinks out there that don't have so much sugar and/or sodium in them!?

extra info: I cannot drink sugar alternatives like aspartame!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
