Yes it is bad!. When you workout everyday your body begins to build up extra crap and there is not a place to put it!. So your body flushes it!. So technically your not really building up to anything when you do it every day!. And also you don't want to do the same thing!. Mix it up!. Do cardio one day then weights another, and so on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes your body needs time to rest and repair, when you use weights for exercise and train to failure you are actually damaging the muscle mitochondria,which causes it to repair and grow new muscle fibres, so if you work a muscle group it needs to rest for 1 to 3 days to heal properly, that's why you never train the same body parts everyday!.Also training causes cortisol level to increase higher and more prolonged levels of cortisol in the bloodstream can have negative effects, such as:
Suppressed thyroid function
Blood sugar imbalances such as hyperglycemia
Decreased bone density
Decrease in muscle tissue
Higher blood pressure
Lowered immunity and inflammatory responses in the body, slowed wound healing, and other health consequences, increased abdominal fat!.

No its not you should be doing some kind of activity everyday, but what you shouldn't be doing everyday it strength training!. You should only be doing that 3 days a week with a brake inbetween workouts (that includes Ab workouts)!. Your body needs time to recover and heal your muscles after a hard workout!. If not you can seriously injure yourself & pull or tear a muscle!. But you should do cardio 3 to 6 days a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

That depends, cardio is fine everyday!. You cannot lift weights everyday though, because you need to give your muscles rest between workouts!. Use common sense- moderation is key, if the workouts are intense- do a light workout the following day!. The key is to not overdo it- vary your workout- run, bike, walk, weights- to keep yur interest!. Eat a balanced diet- drink fluids!. By doing that, i hardly ever get sick, am able to eat and drink what i want- if you over indulge in the food department, it is so key to get back on track the very next day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not atall ! I know loads of people who go to the gym everyday, and I, myself do 10 sit-ups every night to help myself loose weight, so i don't think in anyway its a bad idead to work out everyday!. Your in no way doing yourself any harm (: !
