Question: Is eating two cereals bad for you!? if so why!?
All i eat in a day is oats so simple surup porridge for breakfast then shreddies for dinner, is this bad!? if so why!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

OMG i love oats and more cereal you sound like me i would eat cereal all day every day but i dont because my mum and dad wouldn't be happy!.!.!.!.!.so what id do is have a big bowl of porridge for breaky and then maybe have a nice healthy lunch and dinner but for ur snacks throughout the day weigh out a bowls worth of oats and more cereal so you can just pick at that throughout the day but still you'll be getting all the right nutritions!! hope this helps!
also what is nice special k oats and honey and add some raisins too (healthy so u can eat lots of it) orrrrrr u could try crunchy nut cornflakes with rice krispies and honey nut cheerios all in one bowl!.!.!.!.!.!.YUM!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

unfortunitly that is probably one of the worst things you could be doing!.
Is that the only food you like or are you trying to lose weight!?
First of all eatting only two times a day will slow down your metabolism, causing your body to store any food you eat as fat!. This happens because your body goes into survival mode, it's unsure when you are going to feed it again and therefore stores the fat!.
Also you need food from every food group to maintain a heathly body!. Trust when I say eat smaller meals 4-5 times a day and you will not only feel better but look amazing!!! hope that helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's only bad as your not eating enough throughout the day, it's fine if you had porridge for breakfast, shreddies for lunch and then a balanced healthy meal for dinner, or vice versa!.
but your definitely not eating enough, i suggest you add another meal to your diet : ]Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to eat a well balanced diet with proper portions to stay healthy!. cereal is fine for one meal, but not as the only thing you eat!. besides, it sound so boring you might not want to see another bowl of any kind of cereal the rest of your life!. you need to eat from all the food groups to keep all your organs working correctly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cereals are high in carbohydrates & usually very high in sugar!.!.!.so they are not good for you & this is the reason you will get hungry mid morning!.!.!.you will crash down off of the carbs!. porridge oats is good!.!.!.so is shredded wheat!.!.!.no added sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If that's all you eat, you will die!. No kidding!.

You need to eat a much more varied diet, including all the necessary food groups!. You also need vitamins and essential minerals!. You're not getting any of these!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are not getting any fruit or veg or meat in your diet so you could end up anaemic feeling very tired all the time no energy to do much and worst af all SPOTS ! you need a balanced diet to be healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com
