Egg mayo baguette...how bad?!
Question: Egg mayo baguette!.!.!.how bad!?
Big granary baguette with spread egg and they put in a lot of mayonaisse!.
tell me the damage! how many calories roughly in that!? will i gain weight with that for lunch!?
(for breakkie i had, oatbake cereal with oatmilk and yoghurt!. dinner small quorn shepards pie with peas about 200 cal that is) oh and i did have 2 terrys chocolate orange segments!.

But i think you didnt have more than 1500Kcal total!.

well mayo is really bad and fatty for you, and same with baguettes!. eggs have protein but they will be kinda over powered
idk the cal count, but im 100% sure its a lot!. my advice!? opt for whole wheat bread(or whole grain), hard boil eggs and make a healthy egg salad, add lettuce to the sandwhich and some fruit or veggies on the side with water to drink :] that's what i eat almost everyday for lunch and its so delish!. if you eat slow you will get filled faster and your food doesn't fully digest for 20 minutes so if you are still hungry wait 20 minutes and if you are hungry after that then eat some more fruit and/or veggies!. also during the 20 min don't think about food - if you think about it you actually feel hungry for some reason, when you're really not!.
also for burning calories, acai berries are really good for you, but you should exercise and control your portions too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Burning up calories was a piece of cake (LOL) for me when I started experimenting with acai berry!. Baguette is probably around 300kals!. (size depending!. You say it was quite big so it ould be more)!. The filling will be around 200kals!. An egg on average is about 60kcals and mayo is riddled with calories!. You're looking at AT LEAST 500kcals!. If you bought it from a shop it'll be more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
