500 Calories a day & this exercise regimen 5 days a week!.
(Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs,& Sat )
30 Minutes on the elliptical
10 minutes on treadmill

I don't believe you for one second!. One of my friends turned anorexic!. You wouldn't believe the cr@p she made up!. If you don't already have an eating disorder, you will probably get one eating this little!.

Side effects are varying degrees of malnutrition!. Your mind will suffer!. Your ability to think and remember will suffer!. Your body will suffer!. Your body needs vitamin and nutrients!. you body counts on these things to keep going and your organs to work!.

You MUST eat 1500 calories a day, if you want to diet the healthy way!.

My friend takes 5 pills a day for her wonderful new thyroid problem brought on by eating very little over a period of a year!. She averaged about a sandwich a day calorie wise!. She says it was the stupidest thing she's ever done to her body!. She will probably have to take pills for the rest of her life!. Some of her hair fell out!. She is miserable!. She was hospitalized a few times!.!.!. this stuff will and can very easily happen to you if you aren't careful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe, maybe not!. It all depends!. As you might know, the first area of body fat to come off is the last one where it came on!. You might want to add some leg lifts, sit ups, etc!. Always have a bottle of water (zero calories!) nearby to sip on if you get hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
