Question: Is 2 a week okay to have (energy drinks)!?
Now I really like "V" but I don't like to have it everyday so I decided i am only going to have 2 per week is this okay!? also they are only 250ml also for those who don't know what v is it is like monster or redbull but not as strong thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

its absolutely fine, its just very harmful in large doses!. i mean if you really feal the need to make sure your active otherwise the energy drinks are going to go straight o fat lol, but you should be fineWww@Answer-Health@Com

Really they are not as bad as anything says!. It is like soda!. with the exception that it gives you more energy then soda!.

they have a lot of Vitamin B (all different numbers, i!.e!. B-1, B-2, B-6) which are water soluble!. So really with energy drinks you should drink water, then the energy should kick in!.
But with B Vitamin, you dont have to worry about an over dose because you will just expel what you dont use!.

so really unless you are counting calories, on a low sugar (or diabetic), low carb, low caffeine diet, or any combination of those, you would be fine with drinking multiple a day!. i would say however, one a day is good!.

last semester i had to cram for a test, so i sat awake studying for hours, i ended up drinking 4 red bull (12!.oz) in a matter of 6 hours!. and i didnt die!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

two is fine for now but as you progress (if you want to improve your health) you should gradually reduce how many you have a week until the count is 0!. it will definitely be healthier in the long run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
