Question: How to change the way i eat(Teen diet ,advice,help tips!?)!?
I'm not that good with my diet i'm always drinking fizzy juice and not eating the right things and i'm way addicted to fizzy juice i am overweight for my age and i'm just needing advice and help on how to change the way i eat and how i can loose the tummy fat and everywhere else really i'm very shy and i think being fat is making my convidence lower:(x please help and what i can do please no pills i'm a teenager and i'm from the uk so i cannot go to websites that are in the usa or go somewhere like that sorry xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Changing your diet one step at a time will probably be easier than doing it all at once!. For instance, switch from fizzy juice to seltzer or soda water, which has no calories, and when you're used to that, start limiting yourself to one seltzer a day, and then see how many days you can go without fizzy drinks at all!. If you're always drinking sugary drinks, giving them up will probably make you lose some weight!. And when you give up carbonated drinks altogether, your belly might seem to shrink a little because it'll be less puffed up from the gas in your drinks!. Just make sure you drink lots of water!. Get a refillable water bottle and drink water all day!. Squeeze some lemon juice into if you like!.

You're the only one that knows what your bad eating habits are!. Make a list of them and figure out ways to fix them!. For instance, if you eat a bag of chips after school every day, switch to a banana (or a small bag of pretzels if you want something crunchy)!. If you need a candy bar every day, switch to Luna bars or other relatively healthy, candy-like bars (they still have a lot of sugar, so don't eat them with abandon)!. And if you know you're eating way too much, have a salad for dinner three days a week!.

To really lose weight, you need to exercise!. Learning to enjoy long walks is a great start!. Go for a walk while you talk on your cell phone or listen to music!. You can jog, do aerobics, or join a gym when you're ready to get more fit, but at your age, you should take advantage of the many sports opportunities available for teenagers!. There's no reason exercise can't be fun!. So find an activity you love, like martial arts, swimming, horseback riding, basketball, tennis, or whatever, and dedicate yourself to getting better at it!. Slowly start limiting your consumption of bad foods and increasing your good foods!. Also, when you are eating, eat slowly!. Like, as slowly as possible!. Check until it's mush!. The slower you eat, the less likely you will overeat!. Also, just up the amount of plain water you drink!. Eventually, you will start craving it!. It's something your body naturally likes!. If you don't like it now, you will eventually!.

Something that helps me stick to my goals is a collage!. I made one and pasted pictures of bodies that I would like to have one day!. When I think about having something naughty, I just look at it!. That generally helps me to change my mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Remember to achieve your goals it must be #1 and u cant step away from the plan!. U must fully thank it out!. If u want it bad enough it can be done, I can do this 10 weeks for me!. !. clean out ur house from all junk!. DRINK 8 8 OZ!. GLASSES OF WATER EVERY DAY + 3 CUPS OF NON FAT MILK EVERY DAY!.One more thing: Eat only WHOLE GRAINS!!!

Mondays:
Arms and abs workout
Lift 5 pounds for 3 reps of 12
Crunches- obliques- spinder crawl
Breakfast: banana and oatmeal
Lunch: subway sandwich
Dinner: soup and 4 oz meat
Snacks: apple with tea and walnuts!.
1000 calories
an orange

Tuesdays:
Cardio 40 minutes and 2 sets of 10 lunges!.
Breakfast: 2 waffles and 1 sausage
Lunch: 3 z meat with 1 cup broccoli
Dinner: 4 oz meat with 2 veggies 1 starch
Snacks: ? cup oatmeal and walnuts!.


Wenesday:
Planks for a minute and but along with a 10 minute jog
Breakfast: Oatmeal with a banana!.
Lunch: sandwich with 1 cup of grapes
Dinner: Brown rice with a variety of vegetables and white meat!.(Try with hot sauce!)
Snacks:Papaya or pineapple

Thursday: Cardio 20 minutes and 3 sets of 13 squats
Breakfast: strawberry smoothie with walnuts and papaya!.
Lunch: oatmeal and toast
Dinner: You choose a healthy meal!.
Snacks: Blueberries and strawberries with black tea

Friday:
Step 3 sets of 25 arms and abs
Sprint 30 sec and 45 rest 5 times
Breakfast: 1 waffle and ? strawberry smoothie
Lunch: protein shake
Dinner: soup and salad
Snack: an apple and muscle milk

Saturday:REST
Breakfast: 1 and 1/3 cup cereal
Lunch:Salad( dont have ranch dressing, use olive oil)
Dinner: Plate of raw vegetables and white chicken!.
Snacks: fruit and green tea

Sunday:
(NO Workout, as you need to rest)
Breakfast: protein shake w/ berries
Lunch: banana
