What kind of things can I do to start losing weight?!


Question: What kind of things can I do to start losing weight!?
I want to start working out because I can afford to lose some weight!. So what exercises are good to get going!? Should I run track and lift weights!? I need help on getting started!. If I run track how many laps should I run per week!? I really need some help on this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

excercise regularly, start with something basic like running (sprinting helps tone muscles better, so sprint for like a minute, then walk for 2, and repeat) or running up and down stairs, for about half an hour, then do some kind of work out, there r different things for different parts of your body so check out a magazine or even internet site for the right ones for you!.
change up what you do almost everyday

ps!. this doesnt hav anything to do with excercise, but try extra virgin cocunut oil!. take 2 or 3 tablespoons of it a day!. it will really help weight loss (some people hav lost about 6 pounds in only 11 days!) and it has a ton of other health benefits!. they only risk is that although 11 in 12 people lost weight, 1 in 12 actually gained a tiny bit of weight!. but its forsure worth the risk!!.!.!.just watch your weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try doing Flutter Kicks!. If you don't know what they are you can look them up on google and it will tell you how to do them!. They are simple do 30 in the morning and in the evening!. It works the legs, the abdomen, and the butt!. Really good thing to start with and it will show results fairly quickly!. From there do some weight training (2 times a week will be good enough) and run about 1/4th a mile (or how much your comfortable with) about 2 times a week on a different day then your doing the weight training!. Doing the flutter kicks every day along with weight training and some running will get you fit in a fairly short amount of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lots of things factor in when it comes to losing weight:

1)Good diet with lots of protein and energy boosting vitamins, try three main meal with lots of lean protein and fiber, and three vitamin enriched small meals in between those to keep you energy well balanced throughout the day!.

2)Good light, but long cardio workout to burn fat quickly, a good jog is great, but swimming works more muscles through your body!

3)And some weight lifting, muscle building exercises!. The stronger your muscles get the more energy is needed to fuel them, so your fat will burn faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

While fitness and exercise are important, the number one thing you need to address is your diet!. The ONLY WAY it's possible to lose weight is by running a caloric defecit - that just means eating slightly (a few hundred) less calories daily than you do to maintain your current weight!. Sometimes just switching to either diet sodas or cutting out fruit juices and other sugary things from your diet is enough!.

Start by eating breakfast and make sure it's high in fiber!.
Excercise with some cardio for about 30 minutes to an hour, then twice a week add in some strength training like weights!.
Be sure to stretch!
Pick a time that is comfortable for you, say 7:45pm!. Now, make sure you don't eat anything after 7:45pm!. Eating late at night isn't healthy!.
Always choose water, just taking out sodas and juices alone will cut the calories like mad!.

Running laps, find out what feels comfortable!. 4 times around a local or school track is 1 mile!.
I heard that if you run the straights and walk the curves, it helps you burn even more because you keep calming your heart rate then bringing it up and then calming it again and so on!.

if your planning on running track do as much as you can the first week !.!.but always thinking that you can do more then when the second week comes try doung a mile which is 4 times around the track then when the third weeek comes try doing two miles but then when the fourth weeks comes start over do as much as you can !.!.!.and so onWww@Answer-Health@Com

add your calories for the day and subtract 200 callories from it for starters!. Take it slow and easy cause if you rush your self your going to put to much strain and give up!.
Except in the gym you have to work hard! you start to have fun once you start to see your awesome results

You should first start out with an aerobic exercise depending on your fitness level!. You just need to raise your heartrate for about an hour or so a day!. After that you can work on strength exercises to help get you some lean muscle and therefore raise your metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok, exercise in the morning if possible because thats when ur really burning off fat!. at night ur just burning off what u ate that day!.
so try doing it twice a day!.
and dont eat past 8 oclock:)
even just 20min walking on a tredmill will show changes!.

you sit on your back, and move your legs off of the ground (bent at the knees) toward your arms (bent at the elbows) in a situp/crunch movement at your stomach!. Helped me stay fit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
