It depends what you call eating regularly!. You can't eat the same way that made you fat in the first place!. You really should rarely eat junk food, sodas or sweets!. Once in a while is ok!. It's a lot easier to maintain your weight than lose weight!. Just relax your diet a bit and keep an eye on your waist measurement!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
