A bit concerned because I am always hungry!?!


Question: A bit concerned because I am always hungry!!?
The past month or so I have been eating nonstop!. I eat when I'm bored, hungry, whenever!.!.!.even if I feel full!. I barely feel full, but when I do, my stomach feels empty an hour or so later!. I try to eat healthy and drink water!. My diet hasn't been the greatest for a few months now and I'm wondering if this is affecting my appetite!. Because I'm so busy in the week, I eat a candy bar and a diet Coke in the morning, then I won't eat for hours later until lunch and I'll have a sandwhich or two, and then go another 3-4 hours until I eat again when I get home!. I eat fruits and vegetables as well as junk food!.!.!.its almost if I eat a bit of everything!. My period is 3 days away and I know that has something to do with me being hungry more then usual!. But, is it also possible that eating a little bit of food here and there throughout the that is not really healthy for so long finally make my body feel like its being "starved!?" Any serious ideas and help is much needed! Thank you :)

Your diet is a bit screwy, that might be the cause of the hunger!. Some foods take a while to digest and your body can use it more efficiently while some digests instantly and you feel hungry moments later!. Make sure when you eat an occasional unhealthy snack, you eat it along something that is good for you!. I candy bar and coke is not breakfast, if you must eat, cook something like eggs with toast, that will take no longer than 10 minutes to cook!. If you must, take food with you!. For lunch although not the best choice, a sandwich is fine!. Bring snacks with you, apples, nuts, anything you can store and just take with you for a quick hunger stopper!. Dinner when you have some time, cook something! There is no excuse for not eating healthy during dinner time!. Veggies with rice and chicken sounds healthy to me!. Make sure whenever you are hungry, you are eating actual food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
