Question on fitnesssss?!


Question: Question on fitnesssss!?
Hello Im a freshman in college and unfortunately the freshman 15 hit me!. I gained a little weight and I want to tone up before the summer!.

Will doing crunches everynight help me tone my stomach area!? How many should I be doing or if not what should I be doing!? I dont have enough money for a gym membership sooo yeah,

Also, I have one of those bike machines things haha i dont know what thats called!. Will that help me tone my thighs!?

Hey, I'm a freshman in college too, but I got Freshman 15!.!.!.pounds of muscle hehe!. Anyways if you have a troubled area, you can do exercise for that area but mind you, the muscles will not show unless you shed the fat from that area later on!. Toning does not mean fat burning, it just means sculpting!. Doesn't your school have some kind of fitness center!? I'm sure it has to have some kind of gym, if it doesn't and you are only limited to doing crunches, just do those then!. The bike machines could work, make sure you burn around 500 calories through exercise and get a healthy diet going on!. Luckily the bike should help you tone your thighs if you put enough resistance on it!. Make sure your legs are feeling the resistance and do this for around 5 times a week!. a combination of core running and the bike thing should help!.!.!.but most important while you do this you need to eat healthy otherwise your exercise is wasted!. make some healthy snacks and stop eatting fast food candy anything that is high in sugar and fat!. and don't eat past nine at night otherwise stuff just sits in your stomach and does not get digested and goes straight to your thighsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well i would do about 60-70 crunches a day!? And what will help you with your thighs are to jump up and down and move them really fast like up and down so yeah hope that helped you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running helps you loose weight fast!. And if you join some 5k races, it is easy to keep running and not give up!. Add in some Yoga and/or Pilates! Bob's Yoga, Biggest Looser is awesome!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm in college too, and I just run 2 miles outside three times a week!. It works great, I pretty much eat whatever I want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
