First range is for small frames, second range is for medium built bodies and the the third range is for large frames!. So your weight falls in the large frame category!. This doesn't mean you're fat, it means that you are more muscular but you are still in the normal/healthy weight range!. I think you are completely fine and healthy!. If you have a lot of flab, then it's bad!. If you're nice and toned, it's not bad! You'll always be healthy when you're toned and fit, even if you're at a large weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, im a guy, im 5'7", 150 lbs, and im pretty well ripped!. i run track and lift weights, so im in great shape!. even if u are more muscular than ur friends, u might want to try to lose at least 10 lbsWww@Answer-Health@Com
