Question: What can I Do To Loose a tummy that sticks out!?
I'm a 13 yr old teen and i want to know some ways to loose a tummy that sticks out Every morning i eat cereal, a salad lunch and whatever for dinner and after dinner I take a 30 minute power walk AND i walk to skool and home from skool!. Should I Do Anything else or should i just keep doing what i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think at 13 you shouldnt worry too much about it!. your body wont be totally done changing till youre 16-18 depending on if youre a guy or girl!.
what you're doing sounds good, and like the first poster said, targeted weight loss is hard!. aerobics burn fat from everywhere, so you could try a few mmin of that every day!.
Crunches can actually make your belly appear larger because it build up muscle!. It do twisted crunches to tone the sides of your belly as opposed to straight up!. (twisted is taking your right elbow to your left knee instead of right, and vice versa!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

well to lose a tummy i recommend doing sit ups and crunches!.!.!.!.pilates or any other exercises made to work your abs may work too!. hope i helped :) it also takes hard work and dedication so do about 100 a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep doing what you are doing, but you might want to try some pilates exercises that target your belly!. Like sit ups and crunches!. This site might help too:

Try sit ups!. That's what I did, and I noticed my "muffin top", as I called stomach fat, going away pretty quickly!. Also, I've been told it helps if you regularly suck your stomach in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
