Am I going to gain weight after eating this? Am I eating too much?!


Question: Am I going to gain weight after eating this!? Am I eating too much!?
Breakfast:

1 serving mussili (oatmeal, almonds, sunflower seeds, raisins)
1 oz!. dried cranberries
1/2 c!. milk
1/2 very large asian pear
2 slices lean ham
1 TBS honey

Lunch/Dinner:
1/2 sandwich:
--Multigrain Flatbread
--Grilled Chicken
--Mozzarella Cheese
--Basil
Carrots
Chilli: (3 beans, corn, tomatos, etc)

Dinner:
Carrots
Broccoli
Turkey Broccoli Cheese Lean Pocket (Whole grain)

I've had only water and tea to drink (Peppermint tea with a green tea packet)!.

I also did a one mile Walk Away the Pounds walk!. I'm worried that I'm going to gain weight by eating all of this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, I do not think you are going to gain any weight for eating this!.

You ate a well balanced meal with many nourishing, healthy food options!. Many of those foods also have a great deal of fiber, which is also a plus!.

The exercise also helps to burn some extra calories!. Even without the exercise I would say that you would be fine, but this is just a plus!.

See how your body reacts to the meal tomorrow, but Im sure you will be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
