What's the best time of the day to do sit ups?!
Question: What's the best time of the day to do sit ups!?
I'm usually in classes from about 9:30-4:30, so I can't do sit ups then, lol!. Are mornings or evenings better!? Right before I go to bed!? I'm assuming right after eating would be a no, but maybe right before eating, or awhile after!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

actually right before you go to bed, probably right before you have your last snack or dinner!. this is because the muscle fibers will be developing about an hour after dinner and they need to feed off the protein fibers!. then getting to sleep soon after will use all the protein to its highest potential!. try to get a lot of sleep and eat meats and cheeses ESPECIALLY MILK!! if you do this you should see yourself putting on some hardcore muscles in the abdomen thanks

Why not do both!? I work out at the gym every morning and night!. It is good first thing in the morning because that's when you have all your energy and you aren't supposed to work out right after you eat so I would suggest before breakfast and then before you go to bed at night just to get some extra situps in!. Oh yeah if you drink a cup of coffee before you work out it is supposed to help you lose weight faster, weird huh!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
