lets see!.!.

try fitting in a brisk 30 minute stroll around the neighboorhood, either morning or when you're free

go get a jumptope :D
spending 1 minute on the jumprope non stop will help you burn 11 calories
so do the math ! thats alot

do a few sets of push up's and sit ups

maye 2 sets of 15-20 for pushups with a 1--2 minute cool down

and 2 sets of 50 for sit ups with a 1-2 minute coold down

btwy
drink more cold water !
increases metabolism

plus do 5-10 minutes of stretches before each workout (any that you choose)
to avoid any injuries

throw in some simple yoga,
it will keep you flexible and realxed
